Scanpan pots and pans are fitted with safe ergonomic, Bakelite handles assembled with a patented spring-lock system without the use of screws, rivets or springs. This ensures that the handles will never come loose.
The handles are ovenproof to 260ºC, which means that you can cook foods starting on the hob when required and then transfer to the oven, all without changing pan.
