William Bounds Spice, Salt and Pepper
Mills
William Bounds have been making some
of the world's finest salt, pepper and spice mills since 1964.
Their patented milling mechanism works in a way that crushes
rather than grinds and, as there are no grinding teeth to
grind against one another, a William Bounds mill will never
wear out. The mechanism is also designed to work both clockwise
and anticlockwise, meaning that the mechanism will never jam.

from North American Indian totem poles and other artefacts.
Made from the best Rock Maple and hand-painted, they are a
real talking point for your dinner table (they are not suitable
for the rough and tumble of kitchen use).

To get the best from your salt and pepper
mill, follow these tips:
- If you don't use pepper often, then only
keep a small amount in your mill and replace frequently to keep
it fresh.
- Always store pepper away from direct sunlight.
- Clean the mechanism of your mill with a
small brush and wipe the body with alcohol or window cleaner.
Never place in water, unless specifically stated by the instructions.
- Always adjust the grind to make it coarser
or finer by turning the model's appropriate screw or mechanism.
- Never put salt in a pepper mill, unless
the manufacturer's instructions state otherwise.
