1. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this website. 
2. Our acceptance of an order from you will take place on the despatch to you of the goods ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions set out below. We may not accept an order for a number of reasons, including:
• If the goods you ordered are unavailable;
• If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
• If you do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
3. We reserve the right to reject any order made by you at any time. 
4. To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must:
• Register by providing your real name and address and other information requested by us as part of the registration process;

• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

By placing an order through this website you specifically authorise us to transmit information to or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your debit or credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

7. If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible. We need to know:
• Your name
• Your order number
• The date of your order
8. Orders are normally processed immediately, so your order may have already have been collected by our carriers and we may not be able to stop the order from being delivered to you. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us (see our returns section for further details on our returns policy).
9. Delivery charges and our estimates of delivery timescales are set out in the Delivery section of the site. We try to deliver goods in the timescales stated but cannot guarantee delivery by such dates. Time is not of the essence.
10. Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them we will inform you and you will be given a full refund of any amounts you have paid.
11. The goods are sold at the price on our website at the date we receive the order from you. If we find a pricing error on the website we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or reconfirm it at the correct price.
12. Prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax where applicable.
13. We aim to keep details of your order and payment secure; however, except in cases of negligence, we are not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
14. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
15. If you receive faulty goods we will deal with this in accordance with our Returns policy.
