IN DETAIL

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within a 7 working day "cooling off" period. This period starts the day after the goods are delivered to you.

We understand that sometimes an item which you order from us will turn out to be not quite what you wanted or unsatisfactory in some way. If this happens, we will gladly replace or exchange the item or refund the purchase price, provided that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition and packaging. We do not apply a formal time limit to this commitment, although we expect you to return the goods within a reasonable period. We reserve the right to judge what is "reasonable", but as a general guideline we will probably start getting twitchy about returns made more than two months after purchase.

If an item you receive from us is faulty, or in the unlikely event of us sending you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem quickly.

Please note that we operate the following policy in respect of delivery charges on returned items:-

• If the item is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item, we will deliver a replacement free of charge. We will also refund any reasonable postage costs incurred by you in returning the item to us, provided that you contact us before returning the item so that we can advise you on the best way to do so.
• If the item is not faulty, we will not refund the original delivery charge or any costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.
